Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fianc JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. My Instagram account is @annephung and the majority of my followers are. I share my life in general, my good and bad days. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. At the age of one and a quarter I was able to join my parents. My parents were the source of my inspiration and helped me to become successful. My mind had a plan to live my life. You go to college and then graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Have kids. The lifestyle I had planned for me wasn't what it turned into. The amount of money I earned and the importance of my position was not what I wanted to be. I believed that I had wasted my time for the opportunity to earn a salary. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company which will mark 7 years since my birthday in 2021. Within this industry, there are not many Asian females. To lead in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to assist others in achieving an improved and happier life through creating a lifestyle tailored to their specific needs and to reach their objectives. It is my aim to encourage others to chase their dreams, and to lead the lives they've always wished for. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest success in my entire life. But, my mom passed away at the same time that my career began to take off. She has won the eight-year struggle with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I will always have her close to my heart. Although you may not be able to see the signs at first, God has a funny way of offering us the things we require. In so many ways, my mom's death has changed my life. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to experience her loss. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to begin her new life. I got my second opportunity to live an enjoyable and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I am living now rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. I am sharing my experiences with you in hopes that you will resonate with my stories and thoughts so that you can know that you are not alone, for you to be aware that you are far more capable than anything else you put your heart into. the fact that real love is there and therapy is not a problem and that health truly is your best source of wealth. I hope that you enjoy your life to the fullest and end it without regrets, as dying is the only thing promised to us in our life.

She was also a two-sport athlete for Brockport and played soccer and lacrosse. Norman was recognized as an outstanding football player in Brockport and she was a player on the defensive side of the ball. Also, she was a great choice-maker when it was time for her to understand the offensive strategies of teams in opposition. The freshman brings many great qualities to Lady Lakers in 2012. Her ability to protect the basketball at a high level and her positive mindset provides her with a major advantage when she begins her first season at Finger Lakes. The talent of her game is set to show this year. Her equipment is believed to enable her to compete at a high quality. Norman is pursuing a degree in the liberal arts and sciences.
