Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her role as public defender Christine Sullivan in NBCs sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABCs drama show The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBSs sitcom Hearts Afire. Markie Post was an actress on numerous games shows. Daughter of poet Marylee Post and scientist Richard F. Post she was raised alongside two other children in Walnut Creek. She was a student at Las Lomas High School where she was a cheerleader. The school she attended was Pomona College before graduating from Lewis & Clark College. In a private note, Post was earlier married to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband, as well as co-writer since 1982. They share two girls.
