A baby was strapped to my back while the other crawled in the playground. I worked 12 hour days for months sanding and stripping wallpaper and with just one child. Ha! I also had a booth at the market to sell items. In the end, I was stuffed with too many pieces to store in the available space. Over 1000 people visited my home in just one weekend to purchase everything that was on the ground. Growing Days is the result from this. The business wasn't just thriving but I was growing my sweet family too. I was finding that balance of what it was like starting a business and be a mommy too. Growing Days just fit. The year 2013 was the year my daughter Nora became our fourth child. I was thrilled with where my company was taking me, but I felt like I needed some time off. I got away from furniture that was vintage to enjoy more quality time with my children. This was precisely what I wanted. After several minutes. The people who called me were asking for help with the interior decoration and improvements. Many of the people calling me came from people who came to my house at one of my furniture open house events. It wasn't long before I had a fully-fledged house renovation business. It began with taking clients on one with a speed I could be comfortable with. When I first heard about your home remodeling business I laughed. It's hilarious to look back to it.
